Uberman 2020 Finisher: 21 mile swim, 400 mile bicycle, 135 mile run

  • Juan de Fuca 50K July 20, 2019: Swam from Port Angeles Washington to within 700 feet of the Canadian lighthouse covering 31.25 miles in 17 hours 23 minutes – Raising over $10,000 for human trafficking prevention cause with Rotary District 5280
  • Race Across Americs (RAAM) June 14 – 26, 2016: 317th Official RAAM Finisher since it’s origin in 1982 with a time of 11 days 21 hours and 3 minutes for the 3,069.25 mile course. Raised over $21,000 for Brain. Cancer with 3000 miles to a cure.
  • Badwater 146 mile run August 5 – 8, 2017: Hiked/ran the 146 miles from Badwater Basin across Death Valley to the summit of Mt. Whitney in just over 83 hours becoming the 127th recorded Badwater 146 finisher and raising over $700,000 for Polio with Rotary District 5280

  • Summer 2011: Port Angeles Washington to San Deigo California – 1,800 coastal cycling trip (26 days) with friends
  • Summer 2007: Neah Bay Washington to Lubec Maine – 5,000 Central Route cross country cycling trip (70 days) with Celebrate Your Life Foundation (Terminal Cancer Patients)
  • Summer 2006: Neah Bay Washington to Bar Harbor Maine – 3,100 Northern Route cross country cycling trip (41 days)

Other Athletic Endeavors

  • September 9 – 26, 2019: Camino Portuguese 150-mile trek from Porto Portugal to Santiago de Compostela Spain (14 days) with (1) year old Kalea, and (3) year old Hudson, his wife Kristin, and mother in law Holly
  • September 17 – October 24, 2017: Camino Frances 500-mile trek from St. John Pied de Port France to Santiago de Compostela Spain (31 days) with (1) year old Hudson, and his wife Kristin.
  • August 26, 2012: Penticton Canada Ironman 14:45:32
  • August 2010: Completed Rim to Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon (48 miles) just over 16 hours
  • June 27, 2010: Coeur d’Alene Idaho Ironman 16:38:33
  • Climbed 3 mountains over 14,000 feet (Mt. Snowmass, Mt. Rainier, Pikes Peak)
  • Competed in Wrestling for 6 years including 2 years in College
  • Wrestled for Athletes in Action representing USA in Guatemala, Bolivia, and El Salvador
  • Competed in Track and Field events for 8 years: Hammer, Javelin, Discus, Pole Vault, and the 400-meter dash
  • 1998 Completed a 50-hour non-stop walk-a-thon in Port Angeles Washington for a fundraising charity event
  • 1997 Completed a 50-hour non-stop aerobics event in Surat India (Limpca book of world records 1997)
